first it was humanities challenge on wednesday. hongjie and i met up first &we were talking about some stupid person that we both hate :D you know it's quite easy to bond when you have a common enemy, like 2B. cos we all hated tangeoklian (: anyway, back to humanities challenge. then we met kevin at dover at 245pm :D and went in to singapore poly. it's actually called some TIMELINE CHALLENGE la the hundred MCQs were like !#$%^ i only knew about 40% of them, and among this pathetic 40% alot were guessed /: and then when we were told that we can leave if we finished the paper me and hongjie left together with the, like, rest of the world, but the time was only about 430pm, when the quiz was SUPPOSED to end at 530pm. later kevin also came out. he said that he was the last to come out and he was like surrounded by all those singapore poly people &so stressed so he had to come out. lol. and when we were discussing the questions we realised that none of us was very very sure of most of those questions. hongjie was about the same as me, and kevin was like 'er, i know about half of them la' HALF! and he was like sighing down there! well anyway. all the picasso and mozart shit which msvijay told us to prepare didn't come out at all la. AT ALL can. &i spent so much bloody time researching on those shit. ROAR! most of them were on singapore, and alot on current affairs &general knowledge. so now i know that sweden IS part of euros while switzerland's NOT /: anyway, they had to shift everything forward cos we all finished the quiz so fast, and by 515pm we went in for results. and guess what, WE'RE IN! can you believe this?! WE'RE IN! ok maybe im over reacting. but really! we're in! haha, cos we didn't prepare properly la so we're like so damn shocked when they said, "RIVER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL, TEAM A." (um actually there's only ONE team from RV la, so we have to be team A. you cant expect us to be team B when there's no team A right :p) like i was saying, we were so very shocked, that we didn't even remember to be happy :D so the top eight teams which got into second round were: rv, hwachong, chongching, rgs, presbyterian and another cant-remember school. &among these top eight, THREE are from hwachong la. they have like team A team B and team C. i think those A B C is especially set up for them de lo maybe all the other schools also only have team A like us. and when they announced that all three teams from hc are in, they were 'yay-ing' so loudly -.- &apparently ri and sji didnt come. or else duno whether we still can enter top eight :D haha anyway, im so happy that we got into second round! it's like never do anything much then win le you know. heh heh :D and we didn't break what we said last time when we (me fong hongjie kevin) attended the vjc humanities quiz. cos that time only 4 teams got into second round &i said that we must be the fifth. so it turned out that WE INDEED ARE THE FIFTH! :D :D ahaha. &we didn't diulian too cos last year calvin theyall also got into second round so if we didnt get in then it's abit, um, you know. &most of all, we didn't disappoint mrlim! :D :D that's MOST IMPORTANT to me. (: tmr's second round le. it's somthing like amazing race around singapore. must wish us luck! :D
&now let's talk about my job. i was missing so so much of my sleep because of it la /: that i finally couldnt tahan &went to pause it. told them that i'll restart on 27 nov. well they bully part-timers! make us do the kind of hands-can-get-cut kind of job. and my hands are full of blisters &cuts now D:
on a lighter note, FONG AND JAN ARE FINALLY BACK! :D :D yay so i dont have to be lonely anymore so where's my HORSE uh fongyeeho? :D
plus sec4s finished O's today :D &now i can disturb bernard all i want &he cant do anything about it! ahaha :D anyway, choonyen turned abit mad today after her paper. she started telling me that my O's are in less a year's time and that i have to start studying now. like HELLO?! she's telling ME that?! NOW?!?! i think she's gone mad because of O'levels le can. wanling also abit sot liao. ok i shall be a nice girl and not reveal what you smsed me wanling :D guansen said that he wants to crap his way through the whole history paper. bernard said he doesnt care about sshist le /: &calvin dunid to worry la. it's HISTROY. zz.
i have a bunch of weird seniors :p but im so glad that they're available for my disturbance again :D :D
chalets &outings &obs &thailand &fun ahead! go play pool &mahjong with me leh people. finally some hope for this stupid boring holiday :D
